FLOWER ARRANGING: Learn and practice simple, timeless floral design and flower arranging skills using gorgeous locally grown flowers. Everything about the experience is customized ~ choose to design a bridal bouquet, lush centerpiece, flower crown or floral jewelry. We stroll the fields together to harvest the flowers that we’ll use to arrange with and cover everything from color palette selection to creating a balanced arrangement and all the fun details in between. Our private sessions are simply about inspiring your creativity, teaching floral design skills and helping you have a wonderful experience against the picturesque backdrop of a flower farm in the mountains. FLOWER FARMING 101: Let us help you get a jump start on your flower farming business! Depending on where you are in your flower farming journey, our sessions include business start up considerations, crop planning, variety selection, soil preparation, tools/supplies/equipment, succession planting, stage of harvest, record keeping systems, sales outlet selection and more. In order to preserve our local market, flower farming sessions are open to clients outside of Western North Carolina. Private sessions are available for 1 to 6 participants between the months of April - September. We may be able to accommodate larger groups upon request. We intentionally limit the size of these sessions so that you receive our full attention, plus the absolute best of our flowers. We can even arrange for a professional photographer to document your time on the farm to help build your design portfolio or simply to capture the beautiful experience. Private sessions are available only by appointment for a minimum of 2 hours. Open to participants ages 12+. No prior experience necessary!
